ÆISODocs & ERP is customized application for Anand Enterprise. Anand Enterprise is an ISO 9001:2000 company deals in manufacturing, marketing and export of liner, cylinders and valve-guides of all models of cars and heavy vehicles. This ERP application manages entire cycle of their work, right from marketing to production and transportation. The application includes different modules like inquiry receipt and follow-ups, work-order preparation, purchase order preparation, goods-receipt, route-card, inspection and Performa, custom and Final Invoices. It also manages their accounts. It generates rejection, rework and dispatch reports according to their requirement, viz. supplier wise, Item wise, date wise, etc. It smartly calculates and displays the stock of useful liners and sleeves, which are already in stock but are rejected in any of the earlier orders. The application works with different user rights according to the department and users’ seniority.
